Welcome to the The Soap House, we are a UK manufacturer of Bath, Body and Home Products.  We have been making the best quality items since 2012.  The Soap House is a trade website which sells business to business.  We are a UK wholesaler of Bath, Body and Home products with our Head Office, Factory and Cash and Carry in Bury, Lancashire.  Our retail business is Ramsbottom Soap Co.  If you are a retail customer (ie one who is not buying products to sell on via their own Business then you can buy products from our retail company, visit our online retail shop by clicking here).

As you may already know we pride ourselves on being cruelty free, vegan friendly and environmentally conscious here at The Soap House.  Small ways that we do our bit are we always recycle all of our packaging and keep packaging to a minimum, we use eco filling in our boxes, our boxes can also be reused or recycled and we use a company for our electric who uses 91% recycled energy.  We have an electric vehicle and we supply where possible items made from recycled materials such as our clamshells.  While these are good efforts in playing our part we want to do more and are always looking for more ways to improve.

When placing your order, we have on average a 3 working day turn around on orders (this can increase at busy periods such as Christmas) our minimum spend is just £75 (plus vat).  We deliver to the whole of the UK.  We have various courier options available, our standard delivery is based on 3-5 working days, however if you need your order faster we also have an option for express delivery which is 1-2 working days - please note that courier times are all based on after dispatch - your order will take 3 working days to make unless it is a random mix of products that we will pack straight away for you from our cash and carry.  If you urgently need stock for your shop, an event or a tiktok live then please get in touch as our staff will always try and get some stock to you for the same or next working day.

If you are new to working with us at The Soap House Welcome!  Whether you are a High Street Retailer or just starting out with craft markets and selling via social media, soaps are a fantastic growing market in our experience.  If you haven't previously stocked soaps and bath products before we would urge you to try, in our experience retail customers are now more than ever looking for gifts and purchases which have a lower cost.   If you are struggling to choose from our range of fragrances then please feel free to drop us a line or give us a call and we can advise on our most popular fragrances.

Our workshop is open Monday-Thursday 9:30-5pm and Fridays 9:30-4pm.
